Ups and Downs
I think the hardest "challenge" for me is not after 8 pm. Most days I don't get home until after 9, so I sometimes forget to grab something to eat so I won't miss out. But I think if I'm able to gain this healthy habit by the end of the 5 weeks, it'll be well worth it!
The biggest pro for me has been the sweets. I have all kinds of candy in my office for different things here at school, and when I was stressed I used to just grab some. You could always tell how stressed I was by the number of candy wrappers in the trash can outside my office. But now I'm more aware and don't reach for them! Sweet!
