Round 2

Hey everyone!
This is my second time around and although I do not play to win, I definitely benefit from being somewhat accountable for my activities and from the knowledge that we are all doing this together.  I love this challenge!  My personal goal is to get 8 hrs. of sleep each night.  It is REALLY hard for me.  I have 4 kids, aged almost 7, 5, 3 and 20 months.  In the last 7 years I have racked up quite the sleep debt in terms of lost sleep.  So, I'm intending to get more sleep and benefit in all the areas that I know sleep affects.  Mental function, mood, energy level, metabolism, etc.  Happy to be here with all of you!  Good luck everyone!
