Beating the Clock!

I have to laugh at myself. My personal goal is to be in bed by 10:30 every night, and I realized how closely I have been pushing it. I generally look at the clock and say "aah!!!" then I run and get ready for bed, and dive into bed and look at the digital clock on my night stand. My stats were: 10:22, 10:28, 9:50 (because I made a special effort to be in bed by 9:30 - lol!), 10:29, 10:20, 10:28, 10:29.

Good grief! This is going to be a bit challenging - as it's supposed to be, right? :)

  1. That reminds me of my 7:50pm, "ACK! I need one more serving of fruit!" or "If I'm going to have a dessert, I only have 10 minutes to get it!" thoughts a few nights this past week. Last Monday, I found myself at 7:30pm suddenly trying to cram 3 servings of fruits and veggies into the day! I planned a bit better the rest of the week (LOVE being able to get the majority in with a big salad for lunch), but still tended to find myself missing something around 7:50pm!
