30 day shred:Level 2

Is it kicking anyone else's butt like it is mine?  I mean, EVERY time I finish level 2, I feel like passing out.  Anyone else out there?  If level 3 is harder, I think I might not make it...

  1. You'll make it, babe! It hurts so good. I've had the 30 Shred for quite a while and I believe week 3 is my favorite, if I recall correctly. Hang in there! It definitely gets results.

  2. YES!! Sorry, I've been MIA this week. But I did my 10 days of Level 1 and then moved right along to level 2...and then after not being able to keep up I did level 1 again. I've heard a lot of people say that they didn't like level 2 or that they skipped it altogether and just moved on to level 3. I'm still trying usually doing a complete level 1 because I still feel like I get a good workout and then attempting level 2, but those plank things are so hard for me! Good luck and good job!
